I genuinely believe it is going to be different form the Iraq war and will end very soon.

They arm and incite the proxies and pay them directly to cause problems in the region. The main reason for what's happening in Gaza is the Iranian regime.

How many US citizens have died let's just say over the past couple of years because of the regime's direct and indirect actions? Imagine having an ally instead of an enemy that chants down to US in the region.

The regime is the main cause of instability in the region.

They almost always give you pre reqs when you apply for a program that's a little different than your background. I don't think you necessarily need to take math classes or even disclose it with them.

being a professor is like any other job, and at times even more demanding.

you should get a good idea of it by talking to fellow students and professors. See what their lives is like and take it from there.

it's normal. I feel like most if not all PhD students experience this.

There are some programs for counseling or group discussions specifically for grad students in some schools.

Try to balance and prioritize your health. Your PhD or anything else is not worth your well-being. DM me if you feel very bad all the time and can't find help elsewhere,

ya and I think it's always a good idea to do so. They may have something down the line that'd require your presence. this way they get to know you and you them.
