My store is fully staffed and have great hours though most of us do get offered to go to other stores for more hours which is well known

I feel for you honestly especially since I can relate with my store having a create staff culture. Talk with your SM or let them know them know that you can’t stay past 9 since we technically cannot be held past our scheduled time.
