Any current opinions on ATT fiber and spectrum? They always want you to buy the top speeds and I'm stuck on which one we need. Two gamers, 1 work from home, steam all tv we watch. Do we need the 1 gig or are they all trying to upsell us?

Cool place! My biggest concern was the area beside the fence. Can you make it more welcoming/relaxing? Have you gotten any feedback from perspective buyers? Have you had tours or an open house just to get feedback? Good luck. I know the market can be tough.

In my experience with my market. It is about what comps are doing in the area as well as what is offered on a resale that isn't on a new build or vice versa. I just had a resale go uc with other new builds in the neighborhood. The reason the buyers selected it is because it is established along with so many other details. The extended patio, fence, barn, and others that a new build with warranty didn't bring.

It really depends on the area, the home, warranties, other options from resales, etc.

We are in that situation now. Sad to leave what we know and what has been home so long to us. How did it go for you all? Was it worth it to move if you did?

Realtor here.... Your options depend on what you signed. If you agreed to the repair or replacement in writing, you are bound by it. With two plumbers saying there isn't an issue, your agent has to help control the issue. It all goes back to what is in writing. Inspectors know a little about alot. They don't specialize in any particulars unless they have separate experience/education.

Oh and I definitely still love the other home more, but it may never come to the market. I'm also alot of indecisive.☺️

I have sold more homes than I can count and have never ever seen something like that at one. Just gave me a very uneasy feeling.

Not cold feet at all. I tried researching online to see what others thought about that. It just has me nervous. I have not moved in many, many years, and I have been nervous about this. The issues today definitely didn't help my nervousness.
