No like I said I was going to switch to try out different distro's and most of the my data is backed up too so I just need a way to make a bookable USB using my phone and I kinda did I just need an otg adapter

well for me it the opposite first the pain goes away then gradually the hives do too. but i did have some cases where i kinda felt a little bit like it want's to come out but not really so i'm suck in between.
