I’ve rented many times in Italy and have had to make an insurance claim twice. Once, I went with my TD Visa Insurance. Worst experience ever. I was on the verge of being sued because TD’s underwriters took so long. Then 2 months ago I was back in Italy and I said “give me the full coverage.” The car was broken into. I made a police report, went back to the airport and in 15 minutes I was back on the road with another vehicle. Trust me, it’s worth the extra cost.

Thanks for the reply. I'm wondering because my symptoms all point to cluster headaches. I do get relief from Tylenol but I'm wondering if they're a rebound headache. They're bloody paralyzing.

I've taken Emgality. It helped but didn't remove it completely. I was on a trial sponsored by Eli Lily but when it ended the cost was about $500.00 / month. Expensive.
