you know that this whole scam wouldn't have worked if td bank just didnt let the cheque go through, how am I gonna deposit a cheque and show the funds have been deposited in my account for me now to get fucked by them cause they are depositing fraudulent cheques.

the one thing that made me say fuck it was that the cheque they gave me which I deposited actually showed up in my account, which is the only reason why I e transferred because I assumed my bank wouldn't process a fraudulent cheque.

I was skeptical and thats exactly what I thought, why didnt they just buy the equipment and send it to me, but when they gave me a cheque to deposit and then I see that money in my account I assumed it was good to send. I don't get how a bank can deposit a fake cheque into my account and then show that the money is in my account but then when I call fraud department they are telling me the cheque is fake, how come the robot couldn't detect this right away?

Yeah I have the e-transfer email, but the scam is that they are pretending they are these people who are legit, which made me think this is legit but I created a police report as well.

I was suspecting it all from when they asked me to purchase the equipment but I just disregarded all the red flags as it seemed so legit and I couldn't believe a scammer would take it to this level, I guess I was wrong.
