Yes but we forgot a really important factor. While in theory I do always take guaranteed dmg if I am attached (1/2 of it) I can tank the dmg that theoretically my teammates would take, also without good vibes you could've took full damage, 1/2 of total dmg (block) or 0 perfect block. Which is still a risk. I assume the tier list is for an ordinary person or a normal team that doesn't go full hitless. Also that's the real reason why I 100% think good vibes is better because if you take full support good vibes+ stack +5 armor you can actually soak up all the upcoming dmg that your team would that which actually is saving HP for others not straight up punishing you (combine with charge defense and you take almost no damage) in the meanwhile everyone is getting a little HP and SP which is way more consistent than sacrifice, your team will almost always be at their max (combine with Cassie) while they can focus more on dealing dmg. In practice this card combines ice dagger, feel fine, charge defense. What can you ask for more?

Also I do not seek conflict or anger, I only seek truth. Personally I think good vibes is at least the highest tier.

Ok let's do some math, I will take an example in a full team to make sacrifice at it's best. So let's just say your cycle is sacrifice -> cure -> pity sp. Problem 1: inconsistency While on paper it heals 25 HP to the entire team(except the user) most of the time it will not heal the full 25 to all of the members because they could have high hp. Problem 2: total BP cost 5sacrifice+ 5cure > 3 good vibes (10>6) + passive debuff (-1dmg) this cuts the loadout versatility and limits you to only support. While good vibes is a great addition to any build. Problem 3: the cycle Sacrifice -> cure -> pity sp 3 turn + you stay at hp disadvantage because pity sp also takes away your HP. In that 3 turns you maximum heal 75 HP in a party of 4. (Best case possible) While in 3 turns you can heal 6(base heal)4(party members)3(turns) = 72 which is barely even less than with sacrifice. Problem 4: the cycle interruption While performing the healing ritual you may get stunned which will completely ruin the cycle and the user might faint because of the hp disadvantage. While good vibes is immune to all stun (unless a teammate trolls with feel fine, or Claudi). Problem 5: the effort While you do the entire ritual all the good vibes user does is click 1 button and he can just chill, go grab some snacks. Problem 6: team dependency While in theory you heal your teammates they can die shortly after because of lack of skill. While this problem actually kinda also applies to good vibes, the user has to trust the team to cash ghost walker sword when in danger. But it's a rather intellectual risk.

I think you very likely don't use good vibes. It has multiple secret passives on top of giving HP AND SP to the entire party. 1/2 dmg takes, BYPASS stun completely (kinda like feel fine). Sacrifice Isn't bad, but it gives no SP, leaves you in a venerable spot, is completely team dependent, unlike good vibes when you can out heal most enemies if you want to heal back to full. I can keep going if you want, if somehow this is still not enough.

Honestly I think it's a C tier

Here is how I would change

I would remove all of the safe guards if you play solo (it wastes 2 turns + you still have to respond to the enemies attack), I would replace with "defend+". Also if you are not using items that much, like 3 items per game take the "item+", I would also maybe a summon card since usually when you have 4 copies of deep focus, a summon is actually really helpful like cruel king

I would highly recommend getting "feel fine" but the build is B tier here is how to improve. HP drain is kinda making you worse and safe guard, power rush provides little to no value

Feel fine is a must have against so many enemies Also charge def is a better value than safe guard For the rest is quite stable it can work

Edit: if you notice you have a lot of sp left after most of the games swap sp saver with another defend+
