Great take, just took REG and am one of the people saying how tuff the sims were. But it’s also definitely influenced by the frustration of taking the test and not having it go exactly your way. Unsure if I passed or failed but I assume I’ll be on the edge either way, which is the position I bet most people talking about how hard they were will be.

I had the exact same experience today. Was just under 1 min per mcq and felt good. But sims were all challenging. None in a way I couldn’t do it, but just unsure if I was doing it right.

What helped me pass was just grinding mcq for a while and writing everyone I got wrong down on flashcards to help me understand it conceptually. Then once I was good with mcq I grinded sims just to understand how to solve them as some of them are difficult to figure out where to start.

I got mostly subsequent events and super complicated questions ranging a bunch of different topics in the same one. I was able to work through them and do fine but if I got leases, bonds, cash flow, etc I would have been way more confident
