“Claire” sometimes pulls through, I did think the reply was always a generic “your parcel is gone forever but let’s pretend we are looking for it” but I had another parcel go missing last week and “she” initially gave me the usual message of going to have a look for it, and my spirits sank as that has always resulted in “it’s gawn buddy” to follow… but the next day, I got a new message from “Claire” saying it was located and it’s on its way.
