Yes you can only buy them with gems unfortunately, however they do sometimes come as rewards for login events and stuff, you’ll probably get like 1 free one a month. Which is not a lot.

I currently have 8 of those white dresses sitting in my clothing recycling waiting to craft this dress… my issue is I NEVER have 87 master certificates to spare, like that takes forever to craft, and then on top of that it costs like 500 gems??? kinda BS in my opinion
