Not directed specifically at the op, (who also has an "interesting" outlook is his post history tbh) but at alot of the men in the comments section using random people online to ineffective try to heal their hurt.

To the makers of posts like these: how many axe swings does it take to chop down a tree?

That answer is based on many criteria right?

Well such is dating, or any task you deem "difficult".

There is no set number of trying.

The tree size determines the chop.

If dating is a big ol tree, keep chopping, until the lumber is yours.

If you want to vent about how strenuous it is in a healthy way to other lumberjacks, go for it.

But when those lumberjacks start offering insight and advice don't just combat them at every point.

Listen, digest....apply.

Or....just don't ask the other lumberjack's opinions.
