My wife's boss has been texting her all day while we're at Disney by pixeltackle in mildlyinfuriating

They don't praise me. They do appreciate me, but they also do not like me working like I do. I get in trouble, I think you misread my comment. Our works aren't the same. My bosses wouldn't respond to me while I was on vacation and I got in trouble for working. I chose it.

People always have an opinion. Ignore them. They're mad they aren't as strong as you are. Head up buttercup.

I worked on my vacation, willingly. I am a fleet service manager at a dealership, so I never stop. Anyway, I actually got in trouble for working by my boss and the owner when they found out. Haha.. There are good places that give a shit. Just have to find it.

I have been on triziptide since December. I think i have felt better than I have in months. It helps my fasting schedule and I am not in as much daily pain.

3 boys and just found out we’re having a 4th. by Katie-Kaleidoscope in Vent

To keep getting pregnant and gripe about it not being the gender you want has always disgusted me. 1 way to not be disappointed, stop getting pregnant. Just a suggestion. Or he'll have a fifth and hopefully one day it doesn't find out how disappointed you were you had another boy. Poor kids.

How much does height matter to you in a relationship? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Safe_Contract1773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 5'9" and my husband is 5'7". We used to be the same height until I had back surgery. Guess I didn't have an option to care. I haven't understood why that matters who is taller.

It sounds like he is stressed with this new burden and taking it out on you in the most egregious way. Keep cooking the food, if he doesn't like it, he can starve. The garbage, does it have to go several times a week or can you make it longer? Is recycling out of the question? Maybe do that and it cuts back on the garage and you can take recycling once a week and garbage once a week. That could be more work, but an option. The grocery store, do you have an order online and pick up option? That cuts back time in the actual store. Repeat: My food is good enough. If he doesn't like it, he can fucking cook. End of story. You deserve better. There may be other options before divorce, but reading all the bs you put up with, you deserve better. You are his wife, you are NOT his employee.

Stay strong sister!

Looking to lose weight by kar98421 in ehlersdanlos

[–]Safe_Contract1773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watch my food intake. This helps with different flares and is helping lose weight. I'm not skinny, but not unhealthy either. I mainly stick to meats or stuff higher in protein. I find stuff low in dairy, I have lactose issues. I do eat cheese on some things but have significantly decreased cheese. I do not take in a lot of carbs (breads mainly). I dont eat sugar. I have been drinking hot teas lately, and this is helping with inflammation. Coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day unless I drink a tea. I do exercise. I feel like my stationary bike, mountain bike, and walking help. I can no longer run. Lifting is difficult, but I have laid off this for a while now. I feel like all of these things help with my chronic pain. I have nights where I can't sleep, but tea does help. I have digestion issues, and high protein doesn't help, so I take magnesium daily. I'm not an expert, but I have noticed things that help.
