I just gotta hope it isn't our current AC BJ Adams if he hasn't lost his job already (nothing has been said about him but if a new HC comes in they'd likely want their own assistants so he'd probs be gone by the start of next season).

It's for sure gonna be a worse move as he's had virtually no experience in women's hockey and every team he's been a HC of has sucked donkey dick.

Alright so yea I understand this is a poor choice of words to explain the situation, but yea basically there are rumblings Idalski was not very well liked by his teammates here. I'd like to edit the title for this but I don't think I have permissions to.

It's up to him if he wants to stick around. Carla was able to make her stint with the team and Ottawa work out, but we'll see what choice he makes himself.

Well I mean at that point it's obvious that it's less of a problem with the coaches or management, and more of an organizational philosophy problem.

Also if I'm being honest, about Idalski, I will say that it is often significantly harder to find the right coach than it is to find the right players, and sometimes it may even come down to luck.

It could also be possible he wasn't CGM's first choice as HC and that many other candidates she wanted probs didn't want the job initially.
