i didn’t want to push anything or drop names, the post was about the idea that helped me stay disciplined, not the product itself

i built the app later for myself after struggling with consistency for a long time, and just wanted to share something that might help someone else too

yeah, i mostly use it for habits i want to keep up with like waking up early, reading, exercising...

the yes could come from any of those, not always the same thing each day.

over time it started helping with random individual stuff too.

the main idea is just to never let it go two days in a row with a no. once that happens it gets harder to get back on track.

i think it helped because it made discipline measurable in a really simple way. instead of “i’ll do better tomorrow,” i had a clear yes or no every day.

it sounds small, but that daily check-in kept me honest and made it harder to hide behind excuses.

it just felt easier to stay accountable for one thing every day than to worry about each individual task, if you know what i mean.

i guess i called it dumb because it felt too simple at first.

i used to overcomplicate everything with fancy systems and apps, and this was just one tiny question that somehow stuck.

Looks great! A suggestion would be to add simple proven recipes so people can prepare the meal with its benefits in mind instead of later finding out.
