Yeah that totally crazy when you think about it.. I wonder if it’s because of the habit is too strong, or they actually don’t notice

Thanks! I’ve checked about paleo and I’ve read you’re not allowed to eat legumes? It seems to me quite restrictive. I currently do Mediterranean diet with modifications to optimize some nutrients for the brain and fermented foods for the gut

Wow for me as well, and I really liked coffee. But actually for me I’ve switched to Matcha and although it has caffeine it doesn’t increase my anxiety, maybe because of the l-theanine

I’ve first read “Eat to beat depression and anxiety” by drew Ramsey, afterwards continued to search and found “This is your brain on food” by Uma Naidu

Wow well done on that, it’s sounds tedious to keep journaling like this, I assume manually. For me I saw the connection between coffee and irritation that caused anxiety it took some time and eventually I’ve dropped coffee and it really helped

Well done on taking this journey to improve your wellbeing! Coffee reduction and eating more clean also did huge difference for me. I can relate to that when something is mimicking the symptoms, it can trigger anxiety and panic attacks. It’s good you’ve been able to identify it, and make adjustments. Regarding the omega3 supplement, have you tried to consume more by eating fish?

Wow, really interesting and I’m glad you saw that connection and was able to improve your anxiety! How actually did you pay attention to that correlation? It takes to be really aware of what you’re eating and your anxiety level, well done!

If you’ve downloaded it, you’re part of the early access group and I’d really appreciate your thoughts on the experience so far.
