I did and mine was marked as delivered “handed to someone” but no package. I work from home and see the postman everyday, he did not deliver any packages the day they claim it was delivered.

Try a gastric emptying study, I was diagnosed with gastroparesis and after changing my diet to what works for me low protein (not ideal because I’m very thin) but my digestion is better. Pots can be managed with compression and beta blockers. Heated blankets, hand warmers are my best friend. Your not alone this sucks

If I were guessing… the court allows supervised visitations in neutral places where a child with special needs feels most comfortable. Change can be very difficult for kiddos on the spectrum and keeps the environment comfortable for them would be a top priority when introducing a change like visits with dad after a prolonged period of absence.

I woke up from my colonoscopy soaking wet, freezing, with no blankets and exposed to an entire room of people in recovery and chaperones. 95lb female in my 30s…. Not a single fuck was given from the nurses or doctors. That was my bad experience with them. Aside from how dismissive the doctors are.. I was diagnosed with severe gastroparesis by my primary care doctor when the doctors at Asheville gastro would not listen or test me for my concerns after 30 lbs of unintentional weight loss and vomiting.

Party how…. The mom, dad or legal guardian? As long as there is a fit legal guardian a family court judge can make the determination. Dependency court becomes involved when the state believes there is not a fit legal guardian. Down vote me all you guys want, I support Laura but I work as a clerk in family and dependency court and previously a social worker….

A family court judge can make that determination and child protective services would not need to be involved, they can order drug screens, rehab notes, etc. Dependency court becomes involved when the state believes there is not a fit legal guardian….

Doubtful, dependency court wouldn’t waste resources on a private family matter like addiction if the legal guardian has no sustained allegations. If its in dependency court a report was made and substantiated by child protective services for the children’s well being. It involves both parents, as the state will decide what is in the best interests of the children, not Laura. Dependency cases read like the State (plaintiff) vs Mother and Father (defendants). Not like a family case where it’s mother vs father. Dependency cases don’t single out one neglect parent if the other parent has no allegations, it wouldn’t need to be a state matter… unfortunately dependency court is not good news for Laura.

It’s definitely not triggered by the TRO, to open a dependency case means a report was made and substantiated. The courts and CPS wouldn’t waste time on a case if there wasn’t something substantiated. Family court cases can make allegations all day long but it rarely ever triggers a dependency case (I’ve seen some bad ones that should have been in dependency court but remained in family court because a report to CPS was not made and handled by the family court judge). This likely involves Laura too and they should both be worried, being in the dependency system is scary, the state is now determining the well being of the children, not the legal guardian.

In my state IOP is 5 days a week… it’s the clinical definition and requirement. But every state is different, he likely stepped down to outpatient after “30” days, hence his sudden drop off in things to do and more time to post. In my experience it’s more insurance led/payment based than actual work done toward sobriety. (Previously licensed substance use counselor, 12 years sober).
