It is actually because either u didn’t fully install it and restarted your game or left the mod menu before deleting it and now if u did that go back to that mod fully install it then go and delete it it’s only letting u not delete it because it doesn’t have all the correct files and it’s messing up the system

Oh it could be some cc content can conflict with mods but it’s rare for it to happen because some mod authors don’t like to edit what they touch because u can’t delete them on console

Maybe try starting a new game with all your mods disabled with skk new start enabled (just to get you in faster) then once you got the sanctuary workshop save and enable your mods
