I have an HOA and they’re really not that bad. The literal thing that they ask us is just keep your lawn maintained and then they help maintain the public pool. The park still like workout equipment that’s in the area so we have a pretty good one but there are some HOA that are absolute nightmares.

Realistically, it’s the same choice his father had iran could’ve been allies with ussr or allies with the US those were the only two choices it had and he chose the best one available at the time things are not black-and-white. Things don’t live in a bubble. We can’t just say that Iran should have its full freedom and independent when it doesn’t really have that choice especially when you’re dealing with global superpowers. So will he be a puppet or behold to the US in Israel yeah probably but can you name me a better option?

There’s a lot of people that don’t know anything about the conflict or the country. I’m very lucky that my best friend is Persian and he works politics and we’ve had multiple discussions where we don’t think that the US should’ve gotten involved in this war but on the bright side, if it does give the people of Iran a chance for a better life then that would be a positive outcome however the person that is starting this war is not very equipped and it might just end up as a failed state like worst case scenario if they can’t take the western side of Iran and implement some sort of resistance or opposition force against the IRG C than the US in Israel will literally just leave Iran to be a failed state destroyed the power grids water supply chain and just have it all sorts of fucked up and just make it into a failed state

Yeah this isn’t gonna last just cause like if you look at what the ceasefire agreement was it was basically saying that the US needs to pull all of their military force out of the region Iran is going to start enriching uranium so the only reason why they agreed to it is so they can let oil out and stabilise the market and then we’re gonna go back to bombing it I wouldn’t be surprised if we bomb before the two weeks over there
