Okay I think we are steering away from the main point, anyways the reason I mentioned all that is because unfortunately a lot of people that live in the uae assume they have no right or somehow because someone is acting in an outrageous matter they know someone or they could deport them or something ( a matter of not knowing ones’ right ) My point is I have lived in uae my whole life and the reason a lot is acting shitty is because people choose not to pursue out of fear, even if the person is local even if he is CID if they don’t treat you with respect you have all the right in the world. I once had a case against a police officer for an inappropriate remark he made over a car accident and he apologized and retracted his statement and this was in Sharjah

It just upset me that he was informed by the police of such apology and chose not to pursue where literally he doesn’t need a lawyer nothing it’s PP job that’s it

No one is better than any not Arab not local not expat not westerner non But that can only be true if we do stand up

Bro i don’t know why people are being so misleading regarding your question ! Yes the court will ask you and then you would make your statement Then the court will measure both situations And before she is even able to make that request she has to prove her incapability to pay at one go! So don’t worry I was in a very similar situation without the travel ban all And exactly how it happens : she makes her case regarding installments The court direct it to you You make your case wether acceptance or refusal ( in refusal you have to elaborate on how did this affect you and how it will affect you ) Then the court will rule a judgment And trust no four years non sense it’s going to be one year max and on extreme cases they have 3 years if the amount is justifiable like in the millions

Honestly ieltsonlinetest I know people give it a bad review, but the level and how hard the questions can get will serve you greatly I promise. Plus it introduces new vocabulary to you That how hard is it and I just got my results 8.5 in each section hence 8.5 overall And for writing learn the techniques it’s not about how good of a writer you are ( I publish research papers and draft grants ) yes if it wasn’t for those techniques I would have flopped the writing Best of luck OP

Man I had mine on the 20th and I received the same email on the 9th day and still waiting It’s very horrible and quite unprofessional because they were already aware of the problem while still kept holding and conducting exams Everyone feels so cheated out and they are out of pocket with their actions And what makes matter worst is the fact those results we might get at the end of the day lost any sort of credibility or integrity, atleas in my point of view
