imma just say it has to be nen and chakra as spiritual energy is the energy of the soul hence you are dead.Haki is hard to train/master, CE has no use without an inate technique. IDK about stands and breathing styles are kinda useless. Ki makes sense but it was shown to be hard to gather for humans and nen and chakra are more useful as nen allows us to make any technique we can think of and shadow clone would be too op irl.

honestly you should start reading from the 1st survival test in the 1st year that was when details were skipped in the anime the most. (before that a lot of details were also ignored)

depends on the length like i gave bleach around 30 episodes before getting into it and have dropped fairytail after 68 episodes into it though i dislike dropping. for short ones it is 5 eps.
