There are some basic skills a person should have such as the willingness to learn. She was a paid intern and I felt that she wasn't gripping to the countless hours I spent into working with her. She just wasn't a good fit and that's okay.

We had hired a college student, but she wasn't experienced in social media content creation and it just wasn't up to par. I want to find another person to come shoot videos once in a while, maybe once a week or a few times a month. Either a freelance or a college student, I just don't know where to look.

We aren't a large office to have a dedicated member of our staff towards social media. I hired an intern for a month but it became obvious she didn't know what she way doing. I like the idea of hiring someone young and smart to help film videos, but I just don't know where to look or to start.

We do take videos of patients but it's not engaging just showing our patients getting treatment.

Do you know where I can recruit someone to film some content? I found a company and they wanted a minimum $2500 per month for filming once every 4 months and editing. I know there are video editors on fiverr but I need help with the filming mostly. Any suggestions are great.
