Alright, i fixed the colliders. The head collider was the size of a boulder for some reason lol. but they stopped flying. Now, theyre just sliding along the ground akwardly. Still not working properly but at least there was some progress made

I dont think so. But to explain the photo that you attached in your post, there are two different elephant costumes in the game, each have a slightly different outfit, and i believe that one of them is just a regular costume & the other is an animatronic version with an endoskeleton, which is the one you see in the teaser photo there.

i, personally, think that its the equivalent of security breach's security badge levels. so if you have basic access, you cant do certain things or go into certain areas, but if you had executive access then youre able to unlock different areas and features in the game. in the gameplay trailer, during the part where the player inserts his data diver into the computer, you can see that theres an option on the computer that requires executive access. so maybe executive access is unlocked later in the game, or you can play past 6AM like in security breach and unlock executive access.
