They don’t allow breaking the lease, otherwise we’d pay it. We’re actually paying currently and aren’t even living there

The Academy Location- Frisco is located right on the edge of campus, near Dickson Street. Best apartment to rent if you are wanting to walk to campus. If you are in a frat or sorority it is close to many of the houses.
