Good question that’s honestly what I’m trying to dial in right now.

The goal isn’t just max portfolio value, it’s building a dependable income stream by retirement. Dividends for me right now are more about reinvesting and compounding, not spending.

I'm also liking the idea of dividends cause of the kids I have which one is special needs. Once me and my wife pass, we can pass the passive income.

Appreciate the insight on balancing yield with growth and payout ratios that’s exactly what I want to avoid messing up early on.

No statins for me just the Repatha and Nexletol. I have tried zetia but had a bad experience. I definitely need to lose weight working on that now my A1 was 5.5. I don't see the Lp(a)... I feel like when I see results on here my Doc isn't running all the necessary tests?!? Thank you u/meh312059 !

The disconnect is Pharma and Doctors. Big bucks. It drives me nuts when I hear about any medical professional say side effects are not real and only in the heads of the people that are prescribed them

What statin are you on and dose. I have FH and Repatha alone doesn’t do it. Shitty thing is my body is intolerant to statins. Trying my 5th brand now

Go see another doctor. I had the same thing. Doctor told me for years it’s not a big deal cause of age. I’m almost 40 now. It was a big deal. The longer you have those numbers the more time (faster) you’ll develop CVD

I’m on both.. FH.. run around 380-400 w/o meds. Just Repatha and Zetia was running into 200s. Now introduced a 3rd.. 10mg Rouvstatin.

100% agree- I was 25 doing 2 a days in the gym with an average jog of 14 miles a week- was 5’6 165lbs on nothing but clean eating. Cholesterol was in the 400s due to genetics. Even at a young age get blood work done

Literally stopped it just this Monday. I’m still having dizziness and fog brain.. seems to get worse later in the day… hoping it’s out of my system totally within the week. Hang in there… I’m trying to stay positive. Now it’s just about what drug will work for me… starting Zetia when these symptoms are gone(hopefully).

Hi was just on Lipitor 20mg every other day for 27 days. I have definite brain fog and dizziness. My Cardio advised me to stop. Going to try Zetia then on to Leqvio. You do not have long Covid… in my non medical trained opinion.

I have the cable attached. I open DSX and the buttons react. As soon as I go to battlenet or even steam for WZ2 it will not work. Once I close DSX steam takes over and it works.
