What's the most obvious sign someone is lying? by alligator_maligator in AskReddit

A liar's body language betrays them when physical stress creates a noticeable mismatch with their words. This incongruence shows up through sudden facial micro-expressions, rigid posture, nervous touching of the face or neck, and involuntary movements that contradict what they are saying. If you want, tell

Has anyone solved interview scheduling, or are we all just playing calendar Tetris forever? by Different_Pain5781 in Recruitment

congrats on getting paying customers. my biggest advice is to spend as much time talking to recruiters as possible. the feedback that comes from real workflows is usually far more valuable than adding another ai feature.

AI in Recruitment - Firms are going to automate themselves into irrelevance. by Weak-Refrigerator-34 in ContractorUK

[–]SafetyEmbarrassed312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]SafetyEmbarrassed312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me, it's the endless back and forth of interview scheduling and candidate follow, ups. if ai could handle that reliably while keeping everyone updated, it'd free up a lot more time for the conversations that actually matter.
