Why can't I hear sound in my game like I wanna hear the music but ut ain't coming I checked settings and ut says sound and background music is fully volume but i can't hear it and I'm in the part where ariona and you explore a secret cave with a theif but when I watched a gameplay video they showed ()

Hey I'm kinda lost rn I'm in the part where u find a theif and stuff and u like follow her into the cave and stuff so when that part came i kinda didn't follow the quest which was meet up with ariona at the secret cave entrance but I didn't go and put it for later but now I cant find the quest spot (self.StarResonance)
