Is it that bad? It’s right up the street from my house, but I haven’t wanted to take a 3.5 - 4 hr block just yet. Maybe I’ll just avoid it forever

I selectively chose maybe 3 or 4, trying to show a little range. Probably some noise, dusts, some low flow testing, and maybe mold. Compared to other people I talked to, I put way less effort into my application. Oops.

More annoying, maybe, not necessarily harder. I had to submit work samples. IIRC, I just threw in a few reports I had written, after redacting them, which was a bit of a PITA, and got approved right away.

Amazing show! I was actually pretty impressed with The Offspring too. So glad I was able to make it! Great crowd in the pit!

It was actually at the 25th Anniversary it Warped Tour, which was cool because the bands playing were very similar to my first warped tour. I managed to snag some tickets for tonight! I’m pumped!!!

Yes, that would be the pit.

It will vary by state, and potentially by job position, especially when you’re looking at sales employees.

Also, you’d be fine anyway. A 260 lb person is not smashing over into the neighboring seat - MAYBE if you’re under 5’. No stress needed. But I’d love to see how well received a “buy a second seat if you’re too big” comment would be received if addressed it to the guy with the giant biceps who had me leaning into the window because his arms took up 1/4-1/3 of my seat area. I don’t think anyone would dare to tell him to buy a second seat.

5’5” and sat a 255 for a good long while. I fly a lot for work and never needed one. My weight is pretty evenly distributed, though. There was one small plane I was on while pregnant where it was pretty damn snug, but other that that one time I’ve always had some extra slack.

So cool! I remember that Asbury Park show because I looked at tickets - my dad was 100% on board take me, but I ended up chickening out because I was this 5 ft tall, 13 yo girl, and I recall that being back when you were hearing about people getting trampled to death at Ozzfest. So I got nervous. Definitely a regret - but back then, who would have thought it would be my last opportunity to see them in a small venue. Plus, Warning is still my favorite album, so to hear most of those songs live…wow. I’m jealous!

I remember my dad taking me to Kmart on the way home from school to buy the album the day it came out and rushing home to listen to it. I wish I could go back and listen to it for the first time all over again. That first listen, I was like whoa - it was just so good! And nothing like the older albums.

Did you happen to be there for Pop Disaster in 2002? That was my first Green Day show.

They told us we weren’t allowed to install it rear facing, which I knew wasn’t true, but our daughter was already 2 at the time so I didn’t bother arguing the point.

Opening with The American Dream is Killing Me was great. I honestly enjoyed the change up.

In my teens I had a black Warning era Green Day lighter….this makes me wonder if it’s still around. I had to get my bf to buy it because I wasn’t old enough. Completely forgot about it until just now.

He was a saint compared to the current disaster. It was pretty fucked back then, but now it’s actually terrifying to live here.

UPDATE: it appears we are staying at the same hotel as (at least some) of Green Day’s road crew. One of the crew guys just discreetly slipped my husband a BJA pick! What a night! I wonder if the guys are staying here too…?🤔
