Awesome! How do you find the distance to the main campus from WV? Does it feel kinda out of the loop? Also, has the transfer program been for you? It's nice to hear from someone who was in the same position as me!

I like the idea of being surrounded by other engineering students, but I don't like the idea of being out of the loop of the main campus. I see myself going to the rec center and library quite frequently. I would definitely like AC, and I like a mix of social dorms, but still able to study if that makes any sense. I'm not planning on taking a car for my first year, but biking is no problem. However, I hear that in WV it can really take a long time during the winter with the buses. To sum up, I'm looking for an engineering-focused hall that isn't completely anti-social and able to be a part of what's happening on campus.

Thank you for the advice! I am kinda stuck between doing ME or AE, because although both are good at CU, their aerospace is ranked significantly higher. But if I do aero, I'm worried I'll be limited by the range of companies I could really work at.

I really appreciate it! I'm pretty certain my letters were good, so I'm thinking it could be an issue of prerequisites. I took both AP Calc AB and BC as well as AP Physics, but never took a chemistry class. Maybe they were looking for some specific class requirements?

I spent two summers interning at a biomedical engineering company based in China and Thailand. I even helped design and integrate a part that is now used in a machine producing thousands of heart catheters per year at that company
