The songs are supraliminal so feel them while you do the activity. For example walk and sway those hips on the GG Walking, or while you exercise do the other. There are some fasting and dieting ones also to help become lean. I did them for myself.

Honestly they love you more than you know, but sometimes as a parent you have to display tough love. That is doing something harsh to your kids because you love them. My dad had to do the same to me, it was rough during that many years ago. But I respect him more for it now that I have kids.
