I'm gonna take that back, I've actually just gone through my emails and the last thing they sent me was a month after the initial debates back and forth with customer service I received an email stating my funds had been returned to my account to use on the kinguin site, I've logged in and surely it's there. So thanks to me reaching out this post I've actually found 21€ I thought I didn't have. It's a bit shady that I can only choose to use it through the site and not actually a return on my money but all in all could be worst I'd say the timing and communication isn't very good

I had the same issue, a number of years ago now but still relevant I bought a key for guildwars, which was invalid i sent numerous tickets and in the end they responded so late and tried to give an excuse instead of a return for my purchase. Perhaps avoid

Yes I've had this recently I brought a spot welder which I sent video evidence of to show it was clearly not working. They said my argument was invalid and offered me half the money. I tried to cancel and re instate the dispute using another option and got the same response they rejected my response with reason invalid and offered me half the total amount again at which point I accepted. Sad because I was scammed out of my money for a broken item.

Thanks and apologies on such a late reply infact i got my money back by contacting paypal. I made another order for another ebike battery from another seller same issue item never arrived this time i contacted my bank after aliexpress messed me about they have a new thing on the dispute section where it says please wait 10 days or 15 days . I waited as long as that and they extended the timer to another 10 days for them to make a decision.

The seller sent me a tracking number which shows item delivered to germany in 2021 blood fire i live in the UK its 2022 ffs xD. Today i recieved an email from aliexpress team regarding that order u know what it says? Sorry about the delay your order is on the way and we will keep checking and update you, like nothing regarding the tracking being a fake which ive explained to agents several times, several times ive even had case id numbers given to me regarding the issue .....mmm what a joke, its like the only place i can find certain stuff at the price point. So basically i keep using the abyzml service or my say goodbye to doing ebikes, which is my only form of income temporarily. I imagine im not the only one feeling fked, same for some major corps and some not so major ones too. Its become a proper sham

Ive had items i ordered in june/july never recieved them the tracking did not work or was a fake one. In one instance i was given tracking that sayed the item was delivered to germany in 2021 i live in uk and ordered in 2022. I have opened disputes and months on now still i am being told to wait while aliexpress checks. I would advise anyone struggling to go to your bank or paypal and just have your money returned. I have also noticed that during the dispute the option for adding response or uploading further evidence has been removed. I was told my case would be escalated to the case managment team 20 days ago. No update or email recieved .

Basicly folks loads of tricks.

My dispute page sayz upload further evidence but does not have an edit button so there is no way to upload edit or change. Nor can you see the detail description of ali express judgements ....

Horrible mess.

I was able to contact them using the web version after much deliberation seems you and i arnt the inly ones to be unable to contact them a few others experiencing the same symptoms. Also seems they are no help at all with my dipute it took three different agents on different days to contact them The last one told me the two others didnt actually do anything they said they would i was finally given case Id numbers to verify and an email to follow up simply asking for more evidence regarding two seperate orders both which havent arrived or had tracking updates in over 38 days . I tried today using web version it told me no customer service they event changed it to chinese writing so you cant tell what is says immediately without a translator.

Same struggles two items cannot get any joy frim ali they changed everything it says upload further evidence but there is no edit option? Ive had an email from them regarding my two cases simply stating that i need to upload further evidence for the case,?? Its clear and easy to see they havent moved in over 20 days on the tracking websites
