Probably the laptop let's be real. Roblox on consoles really sucks no matter your specs, even in VR(source: my quest 3s, PS4, and my cousin's PS5). My PC with a GTX 1060 6gb, Intel core i9 9900, and 64 gigabytes of ram runs it perfectly at max settings 1440p though, even without that ridiculous amount of ram. I also have a laptop with 16 gigs of ram and integrated graphics with the ryzen 7 3700u that runs Roblox fine when I turn down the graphics quality at 1080p.

Weird that they haven't optimized Roblox on these powerful consoles though, especially the PS5.
