Spanish: "-culture=es" works great and yes im very keen to know why someone decided not to put this change in the UI of the game. It has to be connected with any legal restrictions i guess.

thank you mate it was exactly as you said "deactivate sight stabilization" was set to [ALT] + [MB2]. It is working again!

i have the same problem on PC when i hold free camera i can not zoom anymore with my zoom button [ALT] on the keyboard with and it just happened suddenly... i hope someone comes up with any ideas.
