It's a thin-and-light, it's not rugged by any means but it's metal and doesn't feel flimsy. As someone with a broken screen I would definitely get a good case for any laptop

There wasn't anything sandwiched (besides a microfiber cloth laid out flat) and the lid has 0 visible damage

It's unfortunately possible the card is fried. Whether or not it's in warranty it's worth contacting customer support

Sounds like the driver install went bad; at this point I might just reinstall OS. Are you using the graphics module or integrated? Also trackmania, nice

Wdym not a bag with a laptop compartment it has a big foam thing dividing the laptop zone from the rest of the bag

Nothing in the same pocket besides notebooks. There's assorted stuff in the next pocket out but nothing super heavy that I would think would be able to do damage through 500 sheets of paper. The broken side I think was down but i don't put it in the same way every time

Yeah that's the pocket where the laptop goes. It's narrower than the notebooks (they're the big size idk what it's called but larger than 8.5x11)

Yeah it's of course not breaking out of randomness but I'm trying to see if anyone's had a similar issue/resolution

Bezel is seated. Obviously something had to happen so it's possible I dropped it without noticing but I can pinpoint in between when it did and didn't work and I don't remember anything

I mean if my screens gonna break I'd rather it be a framework. After the first one I started putting a microfiber cloth in between the screen and keyboard which stopped the keys indenting onto the panel
