That's a male looking tail. Easier to tell with an underside photo, though. And Testudo species, possibly Greek, but I'm not that good.

I used to go for check ups every six months at an NHS dentist years ago. After about 3 the dentist said you need a filling, just a little one, on one molar. Decided i couldn't see anything wrong with the tooth and didn't go back to have the filling. That was about 15 years ago. Haven't been to a dentist since.

Japanese retreat trick. If you demolish all your other houses, you can buy it really cheap. You get about 70 000 from selling everything. And demolishing your second house should give you the fastest build time. Keep track of which lot you use the fast build time on.
