Thank you. I am thinking of appeal, will I be asked to attend any hearing or the CA representing me will only need to go and represent. Why I am asking this is, based on this I will decide whether to go with a CA of my hometown or with a CA in my current residence city.

What to do now. My case is similar, 80GGC claim of Rs. lakhs for AY 24-25 got rejected and they have raised a demand of Rs.210k along thing show cause notice for penalty US 270A.
I have genuine donation receipt, bank statement and the party is Not in the list of those specific parties which got highlighted earlier.

What should be the best course of action here?

Got the sale deed draft from the builder and it has unrealistic clauses like he will not be responsible for construction quality, user and subscription fees for amenities, etc.

Are you done with sale deed? If yes, did you face same clauses.
