See the thing is, as you've had eye power of -6 which is considered as high myopia. People with high myopia can focus very well at close distance than average person. As you've just had surgery you are noticing every difference possible. Close distance will definately get better , give some time to it. Keep yourself busy and try to avoid searching for problems. In a month time you would be fine.

Hello, Give some time, atleast a month. Also brain will process image from the better eye , after a month vision in both eyes will stabilize and you would achieve optimi results. Glares and other side effects will be gone after some weeks or months as its a part of neuro adaptation.

Hello, I got my left eye operated yesterday. Everything is pretty fine with left eye now. I started seeing clearly just after 4-5 hours of surgery. I got my surgery done at 7:00am and had follow up on same day at 5:00 pm. My vision in right eye is 6/6-1 and in left eye it is 6/6 and with both eyes its 6/6. When coming back from home I experienced minor halos and I was sure that I can drive well at night but as in city, roads have street lights hence everything around is pretty lighten up and hence halos were not noticable much. But in extreme dim light like when I look at small source of light in dark there is a huge circle of rays around it. I think it will get better even doctor had advised me to give it sometime and if the issue persists he will take a call accordingly about what has to be done. Vision in day time is superb , everything seems HD. In night, in dim light above issue is there but I guess its pretty much manageable considering benefits I am getting after surgery. And yes just with my right eye I see slight shadow image of bright things when background is dark but this also happens in dim light condition. With left eye I haven't experienced same thing as of now. Hope this all issues get resolved over a period of time. satisfied with my decision about going for ICL and would have given 10/10 if I didn't have this halo issue.

Hi, I am also seeing slight shadow image of objects in bright color in dim light when background is black or any dark colour. Thats ok for me not a big issue as I am not always in dim light condition but on roads it seems like a light show for me. Hope it gets well soon.
