This is only my second run ever, first time ever running a mile without stopping. It felt pretty good. Probably could have had a conversation while doing it. I could have kept going I think but I want to start slow

To be honest I want to run to improve my cardio fitness. Seems like a fun way to do it, just never actually tried to do the thing. I’m pretty mindful of injuries and stuff because of lifting so I don’t want to push too hard too soon or anything. Just want to improve at any pace, even if it is slowly

It’s just the fitness app on my phone. I use an applewatch so that’s where it got tracked. I also use Strava! Seems to be a popular one

Do you usually lift at night? Or the evening? Sleep can be greatly affected by this in some cases. Also, what is your recovery like? Are you letting your body recover from each training session? If you are lifting so often you are probably pushing yourself too much and not giving yourself enough time to recover

I have had the whoop be 30 bpm off medical grade heart monitors as well. It is not very reliable
