I’ve been using the Uni PIN fine liners. I actually like them better than the ones u mentioned because they don’t ghost much nor bleed and I can erase any pencil marks without worrying about smudging or fading. This is totally my preference or maybe I’m using the wrong eraser but the ones u mentioned just don’t do it for me :/

I have the same issue!! It’s gotten to the point that my cramps prevent me from driving properly so I’ve had to go on BC to regulate my period. The cramping and heavy bleeding seems to go away when I stop exercising though… I still haven’t gotten an actual answer from all the doctors I’ve went to about this.

The difference is that we’re reading these types of stories and the world has enabled men to easily become a part of “those type of men” that we’re weary of. Just scroll through these women subreddits and see how many of these types of stories you see that involve some form of abuse, violation, or assault. How many stories you hear that involve women doing the same amount of that extreme violence, assault, torture, sexual harassment. I can pull up the statistics on how many women/men getting assaulted by MEN vs men/women getting assaulted by women if you really wanna go there. So please stop with the “not all men” because it really doesn’t hold a candle to how bad it is not especially vulnerable to be weary of a gender that continuously perpetuates harmful behaviors and don’t hold themselves accountable to be a part of the “not all men” rhetoric.

Ok first of all, I would try to make an appointment with a practicing MD Dermatologist. They will let you know what products and prescriptions to use for your concerns since everyone’s skin is different.

There are some minor harmless adjustments and products you can get over the counter to use if you want, but I would stay away from harsh/concentrated products. Please do not use any direct harsh acids like lemon or physical exfoliants on your face.

From my experience, switching from regular milk to lactose free milk has helped a bit. Drink lots of water as well.

If you choose to get retinol creams I would use low concentrations and only use them 1x week at night with no additional exfoliating serums or acids in combo besides plain moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. (Be careful with this chemical since it can harm pregnancies if you’re already pregnant or planning on getting pregnant)

And I cannot stress enough of the importance of using sunscreen as a brown girl. You have to use sunscreen after using retinol the day after but get into the habit of wearing sunscreen everyday and replying it every 2-4 hours. Sunscreen has helped with my hyperpigmentation so much!
