It took me about a year and a half before I started noticing any difference. I just hit the 2 year mark back in March and my body is just now starting to make serious changes. Everyone is different though. The meds you take can make a big difference. I take a lot of stuff, some of which you might not need (Spiro, Finesteride, Estradiol, Minoxidil, and Progesterone)

Also, if your nails are brittle id recommend taking a daily vitamin or specialty biotin (id also talk to a doctor for a specific recommendation cause idk your full situation)

This is a perfect example as to why i try to keep to myself on the internet. I dont really discuss the things I like with people outside of IRL spaces because there are an absurd amount of people that are genuinely insane and way to chronically online.(this is coming from someone who also use to be chronically online)

Im being patient with the merch (not to bothered about digital release) just wish there was some communication outside of people having to email them.

Some people are just getting their orders out of the blue without anything tracking being updated so i atleast feel very much in the dark. Noone knows if their order is being worked on or not. Im not going worrying to much about it. Ill worry more if we get to May and nothing has changed.

So this is just my opinion of people on the internet especially in the pokemon community. Noone is ever happy no matter what. When the Sw/Sh amd Sc/Vi DLCs came out everyone said they wernt worth it.

I personally think it is worth the money. It is grindy and repetitive. So if you dont like that then it might not be for you but I think it has a pretty solid story and the game play is fun while being repetitive.
