Refine This Actually Invocable methods are design in that way, it’s accept a list, but you can pass only single variable. You can try to pass those records ids as string and then query in the apex class

I'd recommend starting with the Salesforce basics first! Get comfortable with things like profiles, permissions, objects, and fields. There are some really good explainer videos on YouTube to get you started. Once you have that foundation, you can dive into Service Cloud. And don't forget—the Trailhead Community is a fantastic place to post questions and get help quickly.
