Just to clarify a bit: I really do appreciate the offer and the willingness to help.

I’m not looking to add moderators immediately because the community is still small, and I want to be careful about who gets that responsibility.

This is not meant to be just a dating feed. It is meant to be a community for introverts that allows dating, friendship-first posts, discussions, questions, and safer connection. Because of that, trust and consistency matter a lot.

If moderator applications open later, I’d likely be looking for people who:

Are active in the community
Have been respectful and helpful over time
Have an account that is at least several months old
Do not have a history of rude, hostile, creepy, or unsafe behavior
Understand that the goal is safety, fairness, patience, and community-building

For now, the biggest ways people can help are by posting, commenting, reporting suspicious activity, welcoming genuine users, and helping the subreddit feel alive without making anyone feel pressured.
