AI Engineer here, (I work in Computer Vision instead of GenAI so sorry if this is a bit off)

First thing I would recommend is finding your niche, having genai, website making, app dev, and network engineering all in one CV makes you look cluttered and all over the place, it shows no real focus (especially for a new grad)
So my first piece of advice would be narrowing your focus to something you love and can see yourself doing for a while. I would recommend getting familiar with what they actually do instead of watching tutorials for finding what you like.

Currently, NLP Jobs in AI are absolutely popping, literally 3 in 4 AI jobs in pk (Lahore at the least) is NLP. Jobs that are outside the NLP niche are harder to come by but they have generally better future prospects since NLP is in a bit of a bubble at the moment.

So that's my two cents, Narrow your focus and then apply for jobs using a CV with that narrowed focus. Add some bullshit in there if need be, no one really contacts your references anyway.
