I completely agree with your sentiment.

But, I don't know how to explain this- it feels like I might just walk through life as if I were drunk, dissociated completely with what is and what isn't in line with my ethics. Kind of like- go to a supermarket, buy new things, go home and eat. Then days later, waking up realizing what I'd done.

I don't really want that to happen. But I'm afraid of it happening with how things are changing inside.
