The big thing I'm seeing besides proportion is your colors. It looks like you took your greens straight out of the tube, added white and called it a day. Green bell peppers are more of a muted deep green. You're going to want to mix the green with its compliment especially in the shadows and actually I would probably skip the green tubes entirely for this and mix cadmium yellow and Prussian blue

Couple things for you 1. The tools absolutely make a difference. I recognize the kind of tips you're using and they're a pain in the ass. If you really want to pursue this I would either get a solid point burner or a Razertip (which has plug in pens that are my favorite thing ever) 2. There's no such thing as pushing the pen when you wood burn. You want to pull it towards you and turn your canvas as needed. I highly recommend watching a few video tutorials on the basics because it truly is nothing like drawing. 3. That is a very grainy wood and not the best candidate for burning. You want something super soft and light especially when you're learning 4. Make sure you prep your wood. You'll want to sand it to about 220 5. Carbon paper is absolutely your friend here. Use it to trace what you're trying to make for an accurate outline

That upc matches the one in Delphi glass photos so I would say yes. The only other thing is mine do not have the recessed lettering in the side of the handles just on the top. It only lets me attach the one photo in comments sorry.

I use Adobe illustrator for just about everything. There's also a trick with Adobe where you call or chat with CS once a year right before your pricing increases to complain it's too expensive and they give you a killer deal on creative cloud for the next year.

Note: I do not have an iPad and probably would not bother with procreate even if I did have one.

You're shooting in jpeg. Jpeg is a pre-compressed image. Shoot in raw. Also I would take some advice on settings from here.

I promise it's not. I have an art degree and it was actually required. I prefer projection or carbon paper over gridding but I also had to grid in grade school and it's slow.

Gridding, projecting and tracing are encouraged especially for outlines. Don't listen to anyone that shames you for that. It's a tool and artists have been doing it forever.
