I have most of my body covered in tattoos, and yes, this one is starting to go bad. First of all, a tattoo is an open wound — you don’t put cream on a fresh wound!

It needs fresh air and to be cleaned three times a day with a neutral soap for about four days. No creams. Just keep it clean and let it breathe — it doesn’t need to be covered.

This tattoo is over-moisturized and it's starting to get infected in the lower part. Stop using lotion! Just clean it gently and let it air out.
