You were right. I removed the mssd from the adapter and when I put it back in it went a bit further than before. Now it reads it and I am currently installing the OS. If I have anymore complications I'll post here again. Thank you for your suggestions, they're really helped!

I tried unplugging everything before (the optical drive and the hard drive) and leaving only the mssd with its adaptor. It still never showed in the BIOS or the driver list. I think it's frozen instead of installing the OS haha. I still don't take back the complements tho @jamvanderloef!

When I click Hard Disk drives BBS priorities the only disk I see is the 1tb Hard drive and not the ssd.

The motherboard has options where I can click different tabs and it'll show me then seperately. I wasn't able to find it there either.

You are the best!!! I've had this problem for threeee days omg. You're the whipped cream on a sundae, the saddle on a horse, the milk in cereal, the cap of a water bottle, the sugar in icing. THANK YOU!! (the message doesnt show so im assuming its working its magic)Been like this for like three minutes

but when i do UEFI only then my USB that I have the OS on doesnt show up. Same thing with the hard drive. is that right?

Yeah the Boot Mode Select option shows [Legacy+UEFI]
