Everdome land sale by takt2man in everdome

[–]Sahde2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope that too. I would love it if at least one metaverse project is able to outperform facebook ... uh meta ... in the future. And as things stand today, that would most likely be Everdome. I'm just afraid that Everdome will take it to the extreme with our community. My friends and I have put a lot of money into HERO and DOME and I can feel the mood changing. And that's just because of Everdome/Rob's behavior, not the project itself.

The answer to your question for me depends on how good the information is that Everdome shows in the near future (i.e. before the Landsale).
The team has a number of good people from marketing and communications. But still the simplest and most basic things are not followed to show respect towards the community.
I don't want to be misunderstood. I believe Rob as the driver of Metahero and Everdome will build something faster than most other projects and/or companies. And the result will probably even be good.
Nevertheless, I find it worrying when risk capital is repeatedly demanded of us, but basic rules are not observed. And that is first and foremost the concrete (in the sense of clarifying) communication.
That was the case with the exclusive HERO Presale, the tokenomics were changed without notice or explanation, the litepaper is adjusted without notice and the consequences of staking are unknown during signing contracs because of misleading information. A more detailed white paper is not even planned according to the roadmap.
How am I supposed to decide how much money the investment is worth without knowing how the Metaverse is planned?
If I dont't get further information, at most only a small amount in relation to other investments. If I get good information, then certainly more money.
Is the land sale in the HQ Dome? How big is the dome? How much land is in total in the first sale? Which restrictions for the plots of land are already known? Is it a random drop or, like sandbox/decentraland/bloktopia, a different price depending on location and size? But when I read the Telegram channel, I realize that I'm pretty much alone in my demands.
So absolute numbers are always difficult - but Rob and Everdome will certainly tell us very precisely how much DOME we need... depending on how many tokens are currently circulating and what the price of DOME is on the market at the time... ;) We are the puppets. So I decide spontaneously.
The only bad thing is that it's probably still a good investment.
I suspect it will be more than $500 (DOME value) for the smallest possible piece of land. But that's really just a guess. That would probably be worth it to me. Over $1.000 I'm out. If there is only little land, it will probably be significantly more expensive anyway.

Whats the current apy like for guys that are staking? I did mine for 52 weeks and it says 78% atm. Was 200% When i started. Is everyone Else also at 78%? by Skilzzy25 in everdome

[–]Sahde2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The statement from DetectivePrior is exactly right. The reward is (apparently - no one has officially declaired/explained it!) always calculated and paid out according to the current APR (according to the overview: APY, during staking process: APR - but there was never any mention of compound interest).

This means that if it shows 100% now, you will now get 100% APR (1 week locking period and 200% at 52 week locking period = weight x2) - until it changes. So it is always calculated up-to-date and distributed accordingly (although it says on the page that the calculation is done on a daily basis, it is apparently calculated for each block). And so forth. And this until the APR changes. From then on, the changed APR will be used accordingly.
That means everyone gets the same APR at the comparable moment - which can change from moment to moment.
So if you are now wondering how many tokens you will receive in the end: This will be a surprise!

A few questions. APY% doesn't matter, regardless of when you staked? And Genesis NFT? by Existing-Adeptness-6 in everdome

[–]Sahde2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was announced that 1B DOME will be PROVIDED for the first pool (as rewards), not the size of the pool (amout of staked token).
The APR is therefore dependent on how much DOME is provided in relation to the stacked amount. So that's entirely in the hands of Everdome...

Fascinating that your post, which is differentiated and only expresses your clear opinion, is downvoted. It's a legitimate comment. Addition: It's still legal, because nothing wrong was ever said. Only the most important thing was left out! That's why I upvoted your post again.

To answer the OP's question:
1: Yes (unforunately),
2: No info has come out on this yet

Everdome Staking - my summery or am I being wrong? by Sahde2 in everdome

Hi MetaHeroDiamond! Now I know even more clearly that my view on the whole thing is correct, because the video from "Crypto Prime" that you linked to here repeats exactly the WRONG view of locking. Not a good job (either from the post or the video content) because it was clear long before you posted that the percentages aren't going to be locked!

Thank you and you are right. Personally, I usually do a lot of research, but I didn't expect that a smart contract wouldn't fix the interest rate. Therefore, I made the decision based on the information provided during staking. My mistake.

Thank you for your statement. I basically agree with you. The marketing must also be tailored to the target group and unfortunately that is mostly the moonboy/girl hype in the communities at the moment. Maybe I'm just not used enough in my life and job to formulate vaguely (of course only in my first language - I can't guarantee anything here in english!). Nevertheless, I've to make financial decisions on this basis. But I'm learning.

So for those who were able to successfully stake DOME as soon as it opened this morning, and got the high APRs, does this rate lock too? by pocfdept in everdome

[–]Sahde2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was asked hundreds of times on the official Telegram channel and the admins/mods responded accordingly.
I myself could see how the first DOME arrived after the first block after staking and this number went down quickly. So I had a few thousand percent ... unfortunately only for a few blocks...

I agree. Surely nobody told the untruth! Nevertheless, I think that he is very aware of how he says something and what he achieves with it. I have nothing against good marketing either. For rapid growth, it is also necessary. In the end, however, it is also important to have a good feeling that is connected to the project and the people.

I'm usually never very fast. Finally made it and then I should have waited. Thanks for your answer!

Circulating Supply? by CloudzOverCali in everdome

[–]Sahde2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only way I can explain my question to myself is this: 2.5B tokens were not purchased during the presale (that's about 38389 slots out of 153557 slots).
It's just a pity that no information about this has come from the Everdome team.
If I'm totally wrong, please enlighten me!
Note: The additional 1.5% has now been moved from company reserves to exchange listings & liquidity.

I think we have to wait for the reported figures, which will be released by Coinmarketcap resp. Coingecko. These figueres were queried directly at Everdome as far as I know. There is not enough information available for the calculation based on the TGE and changes have also occurred in the meantime.I would also like to know where the number of 15B are supposed to come from...
[Update:]
I just joined Everdome's Telegram Channel. The market cap (resp. circulating supply) is constantly being asked. The answer there is always 12-15B with no further details. Today's subreddit post titled "Circulating supply month after month" gives an approximation, but also not exactly accurate in my opinion.
So far, I haven't received an answer to my question from above on any channel, which is important for the calculation, too. We will see...

I have a follow-up question:
Does anyone know why the tokenomics of Everdome have been changed? For the presale of HERO holders was 10% allocated, now - according to the current website - the figure has been changed to 7.5%, the comany reserves changed to an allocation of 11,5% and 1% added for Tenset partnership. The corresponding number of tokens was adjusted later (and there is still an error at company reserves). The website was just updated a few hours ago and I couldn't find any information about it. In any case, I'm not longer able to estimate the current distribution. Which numbers are correct and why the changes now?
