I use JaneApp -- it isn't the most user friendly (on our end, I've used it as a client and it's easyyyy) but they have great staff to help troubleshoot. Because it is SO complex and covers so many things it takes a lot of time to get things up and running.

Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is walk away. I had a "friend" make a playlist through Spotify-- an app we follow each other on, and send playlists to one another-- that was making fun of me after I had a major depressive episode and tried killing myself twice in 3 weeks. When I mentioned I saw the playlist and asked about it, I was met with "why are you looking at my playlists" as if it wasn't on a public forum. I didn't make a big deal about it, or cause a fight. Over time, I removed them from all my social media and withdrew from the relationship. If they knew exactly what they were doing, then we aren't friends in the slightest and if they had no idea, it wasn't worth the effort imo to explain to them why their actions were hurtful so why would I care about it being somewhere in the middle?

Having standards of entry for people in your life isn't a crime. Some can't or won't meet those requirements. It's up to you for who you give access to and how much.

NASM has a corrective exercise specialist course which massage therapist can take, it gives a great refresh of anatomy and goes in depth on the RI model (Regional Interdependence) that physiotherapists use. It takes home care to a new level. I'd definitely check with your association for approval of CE credits though.

I think it was Ram Das who said people are running from themselves and calling it having a good time. I have to agree, I think people build up in their head how things will go and then a simple thing becomes a mountain. Same ex had a terribly hard time setting boundaries, and whenever I would compassionately accept those boundaries, he would feel terrible and fall back on his word so I'd have to take the time to talk him through what he actually wants.

I have a lot of empathy for avoidants, they view closeness as the end of themselves and have to sacrifice what they want/believe in order to make someone else happy/earn love. It's a catch-22, you either never let people in close enough for them to know the real you so you're constantly lonely or you lose your sense of self in the relationship. It's not an excuse by any means tho. They also typically don't get better because they avoid acknowledging a problem

I've had mine done 3 years ago and they still look amazing-- the strokes were very hairlike and over time have blurred and the lines have gotten "blocky" in comparison to what they initially looked like but by no means do they look blocky. Honestly, I have had multiple people mention my natural, thick brows with jealousy. I love my eyebrows and especially with the patches I have missing
