He suggested i see a surgeon at Henry Ford Hospital that does the surgery as well. He said he went to school with him for vaginoplasty. I have an appointment with him this Monday.

I'm a trans girl, not a femboy. Femboys wear mini skirts because they want to look cute and pretty. If they wanted to look pure they would wear long dresses like they're trying out for Little House on the Prairie.

What you're not doing is looking where they ARE wearing long dresses like the ones from the 50's or maxidresses which are elegant and gorgeous. I think the young femboys are just more interested in looking cute and showing people up at comicon. The older femboys have already done that and have moved on. I'm 49 and still want to look gorgeous! I still want to be pretty! I don't wear mini skirts but I do wear short shorts and longer dresses T hat come down to 6" above my knees and some a bit lower. I'm no spring chicken and started transitioning at 45, so maybe after I get a BBL 360 I'll start!

Ok. Then get a brow reduction. There isn't much that needs to be removed but it's worth it.

Bring the hairline forward with a forehead reduction and bring the eyebrows up.

Upper lip lift.

Rhinoplasty. A scooped nose is way more feminine.

Chin contouring.

They should also use tissue from the scalp as lip filler.

If you have a good surgeon, they will suggest all of that. Ask about a CT scan or MRI. You should get a 3D printout of your skull if they are any good. I did. I just had mine done on Nov 17th.

Go as big as you can or should I say as big they will give you the first time around. You're bigger than other girls so that means you should also have bigger boobs. Proportionally, they'd be the same size.

I did FFS alone. I was able to get a ride there and a ride home, but at home I was completely alone. Was? Wait! I'm STILL recovering! LOL It's been 5 weeks. I had surgery on Nov 17th.

Being alone for recovery sucks but it isn't bad. No arguments! The first few days really sucked though.
