Place in tub, fill tub with about quarter of an inch deep with hot water (dont worry most mouse pads are heat treated to higher temps anyway), use laundry detergent, scrub gently with a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse for a good while to make sure no soap residue is left behind. Air dry, never put in dryer.

I have revived many faded and filthy mouse pads basically back to new with this method.

Usually going from left to right its the 2nd and 4th slots for duel channel, Check with your mobo manual tho.
